NORTHERN, CENTRAL, AND SOUTHERN NJ

Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center is currently seeking culturally competent professionals with expertise and experience, to provide In-Home Counseling Services to children between the age of 5-18 with behavioral and mental health needs. Services are specific, outcome-oriented interventions designed to augment other mental/behavioral health services included in a child’s comprehensive plan of care. These interventions are designed to target specific behaviors that are interfering with a child/youth’s functioning. Services are provided in the client's home or other community setting aimed at averting admission or readmission to residential mental/behavioral health treatment programs or inpatient psychiatric settings.

(Part Time & Per Diem) NJ licensed therapists/counselors to provide in-home therapy and evaluations. Must have demonstrated experience with child/adolescent behavioral health must have good work ethics, good communication skills, and be well organized; capable of producing comprehensive documentation.

​Behavioral Assistant:

Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center is looking for Behavioral Assistant staff to provide services to children and adolescents. The services are provided in the family home and/or in other community settings. Behavioral staff will work under the direction of a licensed clinician to provide behavioral interventions to children with behavioral and/or emotional challenges.

This is a per diem/part-time position.
